Driver Training Products – Return Policy

In the event that you need to return an item, our return policy is:

  • Any item may be returned (except Custom Orders and some used items as below), minus a 25% Re-Stocking Fee *15% Loss Of Sales Fee may apply
  • Monies returned are LESS OUR SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
  • The item MUST be returned within 45 days of purchase
  • All returns based upon CONDITION
  • All parts must be present for a full refund to apply
  • If an item was USED, it is at the sole discretion of IDEA as to whether a refund will be made
  • SHIPPING is the responsibility of the buyer
  • Items returned MUST USE MAJOR SHIPPING SERVICE WITH SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT FROM I.D.E.A. The services we accept are: FED EX, UPS and USPS
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of when the item is received and signed for at our offices. All refunds are in the form of a Driver Rehab Products Company Check.
  • No refunds on Custom Orders
Normal Operations

Our operations continue as normal during this National Crisis. We are able to work remotely and fill orders while adhering to the CDC guidelines. Any order will be acknowledged and items received in 3-7 business days.
